Preferring seasonal products and catch of the day, every month you will find a different menu, made up of five dishes each course, sea and land, ending with the selection of desserts.
THE CARTE OF THE SEA
New for 2024 is the Showcase of the Sea, a selection of freshness and colours, made up of the catch, molluscs and crustaceans of the day. A sensorial experience, from nature to the plate, through the choice of a special menu that offers traditional seafood recipes.
THE WINES
The Des Anglais Restaurant boasts a refined selection of excellent Italian wineries and offers a vast selection for each region of origin. Pairings and suggestions will be expertly provided by the Maître and his team.
LOCATION
The elegant Art Nouveau style rooms have a sea view and are very versatile, ideal for a romantic dinner, a private reception, a birthday party or special occasions. Excellent location for weddings, with large rooms that can accommodate many diners.
HALF BOARD
A fresh daily menu is dedicated to those who choose to reserve their stay including catering service. The proposed menu is always a choice between traditional Ligurian and Italian dishes that vary from land to sea.
TIMETABLES
The Des Anglais restaurant is open every day, from 12.30pm to 2pm for lunch and from 7.30pm to 10pm for dinner.
The restaurant is also open to the public outside the hotel upon reservation.
BAR
An excellent location where you can have a chat accompanied by a coffee in the morning, read a good book in the company of a nice afternoon tea, toast the evening with a nice aperitif or taste a digestive to end the day.
Buffet breakfast
The buffet breakfast offered is continental, available from 7.30 to 10.30 in the Party Room of the Grand Hotel & Des Anglais. The continental buffet includes a vast choice of foods ranging from sweet to savory, from the classic Italian, French and American breakfast to the English breakfast with the help and assistance of the dining room staff. The selection of raw materials is refined and attentive to food intolerances, thus providing gluten-free or lactose-free products.
